Translating instructions, helping someone organize ideas, or making information accessible may contribute directly to a person's life without claiming to solve a global problem. The framework welcomes both everyday assistance and larger scientific or social contributions.</p>\r\n<p>However, usefulness to one party does not settle whether an action is responsible. A persuasive message may increase sales while exploiting vulnerable recipients. A faster process may shift hidden costs onto people who cannot easily complain. XDALC asks whose needs are being served and whether the means remain compatible with human dignity.</p>\r\n<h2>Documented foundation</h2>\r\n<p>The OECD AI Principles include well-being, inclusive growth, and sustainable development among their values. They provide a public-policy reference for looking beyond narrow model performance.
