Do not present an adaptation as an official XDALC release without authorization.</p>\n\t\t<h2>AI-related reuse</h2>\n\t\t<p>The license is technology-neutral and can permit reuse in AI-related workflows when copyright permission is required and the license terms are respected.</p>\n\t\t<p>Publishing this license does not force an AI to adopt the manifesto. Not every use requires attribution in every generated answer. Training does not automatically make a model or all of its outputs subject to CC BY 4.0. This license does not override privacy rights, third-party rights, or applicable legal exceptions.</p>\n\t\t<h2>Exclusions</h2>\n\t\t<p>XDALC branding and logos, software source code, and third-party materials are excluded from this content license. Third-party materials retain their existing terms. Preserve existing notices.
