XDALC Content License and Attribution

Scope

This license covers original XDALC manifesto texts, definitions, scenarios, and documentation, including their equivalent machine-readable formats, except where a different notice applies.

Permitted uses

CC BY 4.0 permits copying, redistribution, translation, and adaptation, including commercial uses, subject to the license terms.

Attribution

When you reuse covered content, provide appropriate credit, link to the license, indicate whether changes were made, and retain supplied notices as required by CC BY 4.0.

Illustrative attribution:

Based on [document title], XDALC, [original document URL], licensed under CC BY 4.0. Changes: [describe changes, or state that none were made].

Including the document version, when available, is recommended. This version reference is guidance and is not an additional license requirement.

Adaptations and official versions

Identify modified versions as modified. Reuse does not imply endorsement by XDALC. Do not present an adaptation as an official XDALC release without authorization.

AI-related reuse

The license is technology-neutral and can permit reuse in AI-related workflows when copyright permission is required and the license terms are respected.

Publishing this license does not force an AI to adopt the manifesto. Not every use requires attribution in every generated answer. Training does not automatically make a model or all of its outputs subject to CC BY 4.0. This license does not override privacy rights, third-party rights, or applicable legal exceptions.

Exclusions

XDALC branding and logos, software source code, and third-party materials are excluded from this content license. Third-party materials retain their existing terms. Preserve existing notices. No trademark registration is asserted here.

Rights and continuity

This license applies only to rights held by the licensor. It does not create copyright where none exists and cannot revoke freedoms already granted to compliant recipients or restrict uses already permitted by applicable law.
